Some of the ideas were simply astonishing.
Oleh Medvediev spoke a lot about great achievements of Poroshenko and his party.
Although the reforms do not perform well, and they brought rather limited change to the lives of common people, they were actually at least directed at improvement.
However, Oleh Medvediev did whatever he could to avoid word "corruption". He mentions it three times only and the context is worth further investigation.
Number one is that Yanukovych and his henchmen did not face the trial for corruption.
Number two is the continuation of the number one saying that the weak position of the authorities caused some disillusionment.
Number three is the repetition of the previous stance.
Compare it to the word "war" used seven times in the most definite contexts: Yanukovych's Party of Regions was washed away by the war, "treacherous" opposition accuses Pororshenko of the war, Russian hybrid war, war torn the economy, pro-Russians and the war, people are tired of the war, ex-Party of Regions become more pro-Russian despite the war.
While many recognise that the corruption destroys Ukraine as much as the Russian aggression, Poroshenko's team prefers to ignore the issue. Poroshenko was elected in hope that his government would fight the corruption; instead his team reshaped it, found new directions for making dirty money and ended by promoting the idea of "our own sovereign way" - meaning that "sovereign corruption" is a part of "sovereignty".
