On January 15, 2020, the recordings of Prime Minister Honcharuk meeting Deputy Head of the National Bank Rozhkova and some other high officials were leaked. PM calling himself "incompetent in economics" and saying that "President has primitive understanding of economy" made headlines. Who was interested in that?

First reports about "interesting"recording came from President Zelenskyy's "Servant of the People" parliamentary faction meeting on January 15, 2020 (https://www.pravda.com.ua/news/2020/01/15/7237493/https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCXA_RqjwrRN4Bui2oh3UTvw). The same day some of the most notorious MPs came to PM's Office to demand his resignation after alleged "insult of President". Those very MPs, Dubinskyi and Buzhanskyi, have connections to oligarch Kolomoiskyi. The latter has a long-lasting conflict over PrivatBank with Rozhkova who played an important role in ceasing the bank from the oligarch because of money laundering and mismanagement. Kolomoiskyi has some influence over Zelenskyy and his Presidential Office and tries to use his connections not only to return his bank, but also to get compensation for "unlawful actions of the National Bank".
